Hot dog bread
remoulade
ketchup with chili
sweet mustard
pickled Jalapeños
roasted onions
4 tbsp. freshly chopped chili
Grill the hot dog buns and split them lengthwise. Build your scratcher as you like and add freshly chopped chili on top.
