Taste and heat

The sauce has a high sweetness from brown sugar, sugar, honey and molasses. Chipotle gives it that smoky BBQ depth, garlic and onion add body, and habanero brings the heat. It lands as a medium hot BBQ sauce with a good balance of sweet, smoky and spicy.

Use it for
