The dehydrator can be used to dry everything from chilies, citrus, apples, strawberries, bananas, apricots to flower petals - in short, everything from the orchard. Meat, fish, vegetables and herbs are also perfect for drying. When you dry, you also extend the shelf life, but retain the taste. A fresh chili can, for example, last a few weeks in the fridge, while in dried form it can last for several years. You simply have many more uses.
The dehydrator's motor is located at one end and this location, together with a constant and regular flow of air across the 6 trays, ensures optimal drying conditions. It is therefore also completely unnecessary to have to move the trays around during the drying process.
